Shipping costs are very affordable with free shipping within the Jakarta area only. International shipping and taxes will be calculated separately in your order.
Different shipping rate based on product weight and destination.
For items in stock, must be paid in full payment before shipment.We will send you immediately in 2 business days after receiving your payment and we will send you an email notification. Usually your order will arrive within 2-3 business days.
Our PO is open every 10th, 20th and 30th every month. To pre-order products not in stock (indent) Carla Belle Beauty Shop require 50% down payment from the total amount. Max delivery time 3-5 working days from the supplier to Jakarta, it could be earlier depending on our suppliers.When the goods are ready for shipment, we will confirm your payment for the settlement.And we will process your order within 2 business days after we receive your payment.
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, we use the JNE Regular services from Jakarta to delivery to your place. For shipments to other countries we are using UPS / DHL / EMS.
We do not send you on holidays. We have noticed that there is a usually considerable postal delay if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!
You may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and / or customs fees which may be imposed by local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so that we cannot provide cost estimates. When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost.
We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from carlabelle.beautyshop to you but you have to pay the shipping fee from you to carlabelle.beautyshop).
If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
